Digital Local Administration and Citizen Service Platform – Phase 1 

Implementation: Design and development of a nationwide digital citizen service platform under the application “Digital DLA: DD (Thongthin DeeDee).” The initiative aims to enhance the capabilities of local administrative organizations across Thailand to deliver modern, accessible, and standardized public services.In this phase, the project includes the design, deployment, and configuration of backend server infrastructure, networking systems, and wireless access equipment across more than 309 sites nationwide. The system architecture includes a redundant setup to ensure high availability, minimizing service disruptions. In addition, a comprehensive cybersecurity framework has been implemented—featuring firewalls, endpoint protection, and secure access controls—to protect public data and system integrity.The “Thongthin DeeDee” platform integrates multiple key service modules, including:

National High-Performance Computing System for AI and Data Analytics

Design and deployment of a high-performance NVIDIA DGX A100 cluster, integrated with the NVIDIA AI Enterprise Suite, to strengthen Thailand’s national capabilities in AI development across education, research, and enterprise applications.The system comprises the following technical components:
> NVIDIA A100 80GB GPUs delivering over 25 PetaFLOPS (FP16 Tensor Core) of compute power, the system is optimized for large-scale training of LLMs and complex deep learning models.
> InfiniBand HDR 200Gbps Low-Latency Networking configured as a full-fabric interconnect, enabling seamless and precise distributed training across multiple GPU nodes.
> GPUDirect Storage Architecture allows direct data transfer between storage and GPU memory, significantly reducing latency and improving throughput across AI/ML pipelines.
> Unified AI Software Stack powered by NVIDIA AI Enterprise, which includes comprehensive tools such as NVIDIA NIM, TensorRT, TAO Toolkit, Triton Inference Server, and a wide range of pretrained models to accelerate development at every level.
> Multi-user Resource Management a web-based management portal supports enterprise-scale operations with features like user scheduling, quota management, and job monitoring, ensuring efficient resource allocation in large institutions or shared research facilities.

Procurement and Installation of Networking Equipment and Broadband Services

Implementation: Our projects, in collaboration with the National Telecom PLC (NT), mainly focus on expanding NT's network capacity to support the increased usage according to the tendency for Internet use, as well as replacing outdated models. C Inspire works together with Cisco in order to design networks, from access layers to aggregation and core, as well as networks connected to international providers (IIG) and national providers (NIX). In choosing a model, C Inspire prioritizes reasonably priced equipment with properties or features suitable for use. Apart from Cisco equipment, the company also offers other internet services support, such as Radius (for user authentication before accessing NT's network), DDNS, Catching Server, as well as routers, small switches for client sites, and Wi-Fi equipment.

Implementation: Develop the Smart Sign On system to verify users for public wireless internet (Free Wi-Fi), granting internet access for various projects with one-time user registration. The projects include the Improvement on Telecommunications Infrastructure (Net Pracharat), Community Public Internet Networks (by ONIE), "SMART CITY" Public High-speed Internet for Phuket Province, and Internet Service Provider (ISP) in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society.

Implementation: Procure and install a platform to store and process a large amount of data (Big Data). Apart from this are tools for data scientists to analyze data, as well as generating and evaluating models of the whole procedure without the need for computer programming.

Data Governance Platform

Implementation: Procure and install software for managing organization's data in accordance with data governance framework to ensure accuracy, completeness, safety, reliability, and accessibility. The project includes providing suggestions on establishing Data Governance Organization and data governance policy, as well as determining processes to control information access, metadata, and data quality. Apart from these are workshops on applying data governance policy and implementing processes suitable for MEA to control data access, metadata, and data quality.
